The Pepper Soup Place
The Challenge
Pepper Soup Place wasn’t just launching a restaurant, they were introducing a feeling of comfort, heat and familiarity. But before anyone could taste the food, the brand needed to exist, clearly and confidently, in the digital world. Our task was to take that idea and turn it into a brand people could recognise, trust, and crave even before the first order.
We started from the ground up. Working closely with the founders, we developed a brand name that spoke directly to the heart of the business which was simple, memorable, and rooted in the experience they wanted people to associate with the food.
From there, we created a visual identity that felt warm, bold, and trustworthy. Something that felt familiar enough to feel welcoming, and polished enough to feel premium. To extend the brand beyond screens, we designed branded tote bags and plates for PR and brand recall which served as physical touchpoints that reinforced identity and made the brand feel tangible.
Pepper soup dishes sell with the eyes before they sell with the mouth. We handled a full product photoshoot, carefully styling and capturing the meals to highlight steam and richness. Every image was designed to make you pause mid-scroll. Alongside photography, we created video content optimized for Instagram and TikTok that didn’t just show food, but made people feel hungry enough to order.
